Fast-growing wealth manager and Financial Planner Perspective has made three new acquisitions, adding £250m in AUM and boosting its total number of adviser firm takeovers so far this year to 15.

Wealth manager and Financial Planner Evelyn Partners has completed its takeover of City of London-based Dart Capital, a boutique wealth manager with £750m in assets under management and 19 staff.

GAM shareholders have rejected an offer for the company from Liontrust Asset Management.
