The Complaints Commissioner has reported a 20% rise in complaints about FCA's decisions on disputes in its annual report for the year ended in March.

The Complaints Commissioner, which investigates complaints against the FCA, has issued a ruling clarifying that the regulator has no responsibility beyond regulated companies.

The FCA has been ordered to pay £4,000 compensation to a complainant which caused £100m in consumer losses and redress.
