They are a highly prestigious, long-established Chartered IFA firm with over 100 years’ experience offering holistic advice to High Net Worth clients. They use an ethical approach as part of their growing aspiration to become a leading financial services firm in the UK.
This firm has developed extensively over the years and are extremely profitable. They have attracted £100’s of millions of assets under management. They require an experienced IFA to service these High Net Worth clients, whilst having the persistence to continue expanding the business through generating new clients and repeat trade. Their reputation is such, they receive high levels of client referral business which sets them apart from most firms in the area.
The successful IFA will receive access to clients and good levels of support and guidance through paraplanning, administration and connections with professional introducers, to ensure you achieve personal and business goals, this is a refreshing opportunity that will be desirable to many IFAs / Financial Advisers / Financial Planners.
There is an element of criteria to be met to secure this IFA role, such as being qualified to Level 4 diploma, being a holder or recent holder of CAS and holding an exceptional track record in either an IFA or Bancassurance environment. An existing transferable client book is not a requirement. It will be highly advantageous if you have a business plan in place to demonstrate how you will develop clients.
Successful applicants will enjoy a good remuneration package with a basic salary c£40k – £60k dependent on experience, Car Allowance, a realistic discretionary bonus scheme to reflect your success plus additional bonuses based on performance that could see your OTE rise to c£100k+. There is also an extremely generous benefits package that includes; Contributory pension scheme, Death in service, excellent holiday allowance and Private Health Insurance.
