Ex-FSA director appointed to newly created role at Schroders
A former director of the FSA has taken up a new role as head of public policy at Schroders.
Sheila Nicoll was director of conduct policy at the FSA and oversaw a number of "complex policy initiatives" including the retail distribution review.
She joined the FSA as director, retail firms division in 2007.
Prior to that she was deputy chief executive at the Investment Management Association.
Ms Nicoll joined EY in 2013 as a senior advisor, helping clients with public policy and regulatory issues with a specific focus on the UK and Europe.
