A former trustee of the Worthington Employee Pension Top Up Scheme has pleaded guilty to five counts of making illegal investments.

QPay Europe Limited, has consented to a court order to give up £2m held in its name, following legal proceedings brought by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Proceeds of Crime Act.

Legal firm Leigh Day has launched court proceedings on behalf of Woodford investors against Link Fund Solutions Limited over the failed Woodford Equity Income Fund (WEIF). 

Former investment adviser Richard Faithfull has been sentenced to 5 years and 10 months in prison for laundering money.
