Multi-retiree families will soar to over 1m over the next 20 years, according to a new study.

Analysis of Government figures by pension and investment firm Aegon has found there are 840,000 retired couples in the UK who have a weekly income which would cost more than  £1.15m if bought as an annuity.

A new survey has revealed that 20 per cent of people who have officially retired are still working on a part-time or casual basis.
