Fast-growing financial Planner Finli Group, formerly Solomon Capital Holdings, has added a further six Financial Planning firms, to bring its total number of acquisitions in the last four months to 11.
It acquired five Financial Planning firms in April.
The latest deals add more than £264m worth of assets and take the firm’s total acquisitions to 51.
The six new firms added to the group for undisclosed amounts are Letchworth firm Accomplish Wealth Management, Tonbridge-based G&D Bignell, Cardiff's Wynford Davies & Co, Carmarthen-based Wheeler Wicks & Co, Dundee's EP Wealth Management Limited, and GTM Financial in Rochester.
Accomplish Wealth Management in Letchworth principal Brett Jones has more than 25 years' experience as an IFA, working mainly with HNW & UHNW clients within the banking sector, both offshore and onshore, according to the company's website.
G&D Bignell in Tonbridge was registered as Atrium in 2012 according to the FCA Register, becoming G&D Bignell in 2022. It was run by Gary Bignell who was formerly with Beaufort Financial Planning and Bates Investment Services.
Wynford Davies & Co in Cardiff was registered in 2006 according to the FCA Register. Its principal was Wyn Davies, who has been a financial adviser since 1990, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Wheeler Wicks & Co in Carmarthen was registered in 2005 according to the FCA Register. Its principal was Stephen Wicks, who has run the firm since 1987, according to his LinkedIn profile.
EP Wealth Management in Dundee had been set up in 1994, according to its website. The FCA Register showed the firm was registered in 2015. Its director was Eddie Papazian.
GTM Financial in Rochester was registered in 2016, according to the FCA. It had two executive directors, Anita Mann and Graham Colley, a solicitor who had been a partner in the firm since 2007, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Finli Group was established in 2021 under the name Solomon Capital Holdings by former Quilter Financial Planning CEO Andy Thompson and CFO Darren Sharke. Its objective is to become a prominent Financial Planning firm and it has acquired two foundation platforms - Beaufort Group and Gale and Phillipson - as well as five regional hubs and eight smaller acquisitions.
The group also owns You Asset Management, an investment management company with £2.2bn in FUM.
Finli is backed by private equity firm JC Flowers & Co. The firm has invested more than $18bn (£14.7bn), including co-investment, in 66 portfolio companies in 18 countries across a range of industry sub-sectors including banking, insurance and reinsurance, securities firms, specialty finance, and services and asset management.
