Bristol-based Financial Planning firm Integrity365 has acquired another Bristol Financial Planning firm Brooks Wealth Management for an undisclosed amount.
The firm said the deal reinforces its strategy to partner with culturally-aligned businesses.
Integrity365 was founded in 2020 and has grown steadily, reporting that it is closing 2025 with £1.5bn in assets under management.
Brooks Wealth Management was established in 2006 in Westbury-on-Trym by Jeremy Brooks, after spending a decade with Mazars.
The team will continue operating under the Brooks Wealth Management name for now, ensuring smooth continuity for clients, it said.
Matt Goy, Integrity365 CEO, said: “We greatly admire the way Jeremy and Brooks Wealth Management work with their clients and their forward-thinking attitude that Financial Planning firms need to service client needs and adapt to change in this modern age.”
The acquisition adds to a series of recent transactions completed by Integrity365 as it strengthened its adviser base and expands its regional presence.
Recent acquisitions include MRIB Ltd, MacDonald Partnership, Hart Wealth Ltd and Peter Murray Financial Management.
Integrity 365 was founded in 2020 by senior executives from accountancy firm Beavis Morgan and general insurance firm Jelf. The firm is led by former Beavis Morgan group chairman Paul Jackson and Jelf insurance group founder Chris Jelf.
Shortly after founding the business Integrity 365 acquired High Wycombe-based IFA firm MRIB.
The firm and its acquisitions are financed by private investors.
The latest deal was brokered by IFA and financial planning M&A experts Gunner & Co. Louise Jeffreys, managing director at Gunner & Co., said: “This acquisition underlines the importance of cultural alignment and long-term continuity in the current consolidation market."
