The firm says the deal will ‘strengthen’ its position “as the largest firm of financial life planners in the UK”.
Blackstone Wealth Management is based in Walsall and was founded by Craig and Guzz Burgess, who are also the founders of EBI Portfolios (Evidence Based Investment Portfolios).
Founder of Serenity, Tina Weeks told Financial planning Today: “We’re thrilled that we have been able to acquire such a highly regarded and forward thinking business.

Financial Life Planning is a holistic, client-focused style of Financial Planning using the teachings and processes of US Life Planning guru George Kinder.
