She has 15 years experience in marketing, having previously worked for large organisations such as GlaxoSmithKline and food company Organix Brands.
She also has a post-graduate diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Dorset-based MFP Wealth Management was set up in 2010 by Justin King CFPCM who has over 20 years experience in the financial services sector and specialises in Financial Planning for NHS doctors and small business owners.
Mr King is also a registered life planner after studying with the Kinder Institute of Life Planning.
Ms Roe said: “I’m excited to be moving into the financial services industry and working for such a progressive company as MFP Wealth Management.”
Mr King said: “I’m really fortunate to have someone as highly qualified as Kathy join MFP; having a strategic marketing plan and someone so experienced to make it happen will be a real asset to the business.”
Mr King said the firm was soon hoping to be accredited with the new British Standard BS8577 which recognises professionalism, best business practice and customer service.
