Private equity firm Flexpoint Ford LLC has set out a timetable for its acquisition of national Financial Planning firm AFH Financial.

Private equity firm Flexpoint Ford has increased its acquisition bid for Financial Planning group AFH Financial.

Financial Planning and wealth management group AFH Financial said it would resume its hunt for acquisitions as revenues rose 4% to £77.1m for the year ending 31 October.

AFH Financial Group, the wealth management and Financial Planning group led by Chartered Financial Planner Alan Hudson, is to reveal ambitious plans today to nearly triple revenues over the next three to five years to £140m as it strives to become the leading UK ‘Financial Planning-led’ wealth manager.
