Veteran Financial Planner Francis Klonowski has won the prestigious Certified Financial Planner of the Year Award in the CISI Annual Awards.

The CISI Annual Financial Planning Conference 2018 will take place this year at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole at the NEC on 1 and 2 October under the theme of 'Changing Lives.'

The CISI is to move its annual Financial Planning Conference - one of the biggest events in the Financial Planning calendar - to Birmingham after nearly 10 years at the 5 Star Celtic Manor Resort in South Wales.

Following the IFP membership election which took place over the summer months, the names of the three CFP professionals chosen from six candidates standing for election were announced at the IFP Annual General Meeting today.
