The FCA has imposed restrictions on a financial adviser firm based in South Wales to prevent it from making unsolicited offers of £50 in redress to BSPS members.

The FCA has stepped in to bar South Wales adviser firm David Stock & Co Limited (DS&C) - which advised BSPS clients on pension transfers - from disposing of assets without permission.
