Defaqto has launched a new product and platform switching tool to help Financial Planners ensure clients’ investments provide fair value by removing time and complexity from pricing research.

Fintel, owner of adviser support firm SimplyBiz and fintech Defaqto, has reported a 2% rise in revenue growth to £27.6m for the six months to the end of June, compared to £27.1m in the first half year of 2022.

Data and research provider Defaqto has strengthened its DFM data for financial advisers via a new partnership with financial strength ratings provider AKG. 

Fintech Defaqto, which provides the Engage Financial Planning software system, has acquired the tax-efficient investment research firm MICAP from Indagate Group for an undisclosed sum.
