Kingswood has acquired regional Financial Planner Sterling Trust, doubling its wealth advisory and Financial Planning business, with three more UK acquisitions in the pipeline.

UK wealth manager and Financial Planner Kingswood has completed the acquisition of US wealth manager Chalice and has signed terms to acquire a majority stake in a second US adviser, Manhattan Harbor Capital.

Kingswood, the wealth manager and Financial Planner, is to acquire a fledgling Californian investment adviser in a deal worth £3.1m, its second acquisition of a US advisory firm.

Wealth manager Kingswood has revealed it has raised up to £80m to fund acquisitions.
