Recently-floated adviser platform Transact recorded record inflows for the first half of the year as assets rose by a net £1.8bn.

SimplyBiz Group today announced its intention to float on the London Stock Exchange for a market capitalisation of £130 million. 

IntegraFin, parent company of the Transact platform, has confirmed long-planned proposals to float on the stock market this year.

Towry has seen its assets under management and revenue growth rise in 2011.
