John Milliken, CEO of fintech Defaqto, has told Financial Planning Today that the company is planning to revamp the user experience and user interface of its Engage Financial Planning product.

Financial Planning software and data provider Defaqto is to launch or expand a number of products and services in its research and fintech division to meet growing market demand driven by new FCA regulations, including the new Consumer Duty.

Zahid Bilgrami is to step down as CEO of technology and data provider Defaqto after eight years at the helm.
