The Pensions Regulator has banned Stuart James Garner, 54, the former owner of Norton Motorcycles, from acting as a pension trustee again after he was found guilty of using pension fund money to invest in his failing business.

The former owner of Norton Motorcycles - Stuart James Garner - has been given an eight month suspended prison sentence for illegally investing pension schemes’ money into his business.

The former owner of Norton Motorcycles has admitted illegally investing money into the firm from three pension schemes where he was the sole trustee.
