The Embark Group has revealed its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2018, for its subsidiary, Rowanmoor Executive Pensions Limited and showed a big boost in pre-tax profits.

SIPP and SSAS specialist EBS Pensions, part of the diverse Embark Group, has reported an 89% increase in client numbers and a pre-tax profit of £1.55m after making a loss the previous year.

Embark Group, owner of a number of SIPP firms including Rowanmoor and Hornbuckle, has acquired the assets of Liberty SIPP as Liberty faces legal challenges over past SIPP business.

Mazars, the professional services firm, is to acquire Chartered Financial Planning business RCL Consultancy Limited from retirement solutions provider The Embark Group.
