A fraudster who claimed to be an investment manager has been jailed for three years after conning friends and family out of millions of pounds.

A fraudster responsible for a £20.5m Ponzi-style investment scam has been jailed for 5 years and 4 months at Southwark Crown Court after a six year investigation.

The FCA has urged members of the public who lost money in an unauthorised scheme called the Churchgate Trading Syndicate and who may be eligible to receive some of their money back, to get in contact with the FCA.
