Government-backed NS&I is to reduce the prize fund rate for Premium Bonds from 4.65% to 4.40% from its March draw.

Two lucky Premium Bond holders may be looking for Financial Planning advice after each scooping the £1m Premium Bonds jackpot.

NS&I has reported that its ‘Agent Million’ has made their 400th visit to a Premium Bond holder to give them the news they have scooped the £1m jackpot.

An extra £1 million prize will be up for grabs in the Premium Bonds prize draw from the end of this week, arising from the Budget reforms.
