The government has launched a review of the taxation and regulation of UK funds.

UK Chancellor Rishi Sunak has announced new lockdown grants to retail, hospitality and leisure businesses and made a further £594m available for Local Authorities to support other businesses not eligible for the grants but affected by the restrictions.

Chancellor Rishi Sunak has appointed three industry stalwarts as new members of the Prudential Regulation Authority’s governing body, the Prudential Regulation Committee.

Chancellor Rishi Sunak will present his next Budget to MPs on 3 March.
