Financial Planner and wealth manager Evelyn Partners has hired former Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) senior investigator Annabel Kerley.

Fraudster Timothy Schools, 61, who was behind a collapsed £100m investment scheme used to fund his luxury lifestyle and network of 'no fee, no win' law firms, has been sentenced to 14 years in prison at Southwark Crown Court today.

The Serious Fraud Office has secured the conviction of an investment manager who took £100m from investors to help pay for a luxury lifestyle including a fishing and shooting estate, a ski hotel and a motor boat.

A convicted investment fraudster has been jailed for six years and seven months after failing to pay a confiscation order.
