Research into the investment buying decisions of UK millenials (those aged 18-35) has found that while many prefer to make their own decisions, 44% would consult a financial adviser - similar to their parents’ generation.

Schroders has unveiled the Schroders International Selection Fund (ISF) Global Multi Credit fund which will invest actively across global credit markets, including investment grade, high yield, EM sovereign, credit and convertibles to take advantage of global opportunities.

The chief executive of Schroders will step down from his position after 15 years with the company and will take up a non-executive chairman role on the board.

A senior fund manager who previously worked for Schroders has been appointed by Standard Life Investments as its new head of stewardship and ESG investment.
