Abu Dhabi-based IFA Hoxton Capital Management has added over 380 clients with the acquisition of two UK-based Financial Planning firms.

Wealth manager Fairstone, which includes one of the UK's biggest Chartered Financial Planners, has acquired 86-staff Dudley-based financial adviser Prosperity Wealth for an undisclosed sum.

Wealth manager and Financial Planner Evelyn Partners has appointed Chartered Financial Planner Nick Hathaway to its Birmingham office. 

Fast-expanding Nottingham-based Financial Planner Wren Sterling has completed two acquisitions, Active Wealth Management and HB&O Financial Services, adding 860 clients and £330m in assets.
