The Personal Finance Society has awarded a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award to pensions legend Mike Morrison who died suddenly aged 55 recently and whose funeral took place this week.

Delegates at a major Financial Planner investment conference - AJ Bell's Investival - have today applauded the life of leading pensions expert Mike Morrison who died suddenly aged 55 after suffering a brain hemorrhage at home earlier this week. 

Pensions legend Mike Morrison, one of the best known commentators in the sector, has died at home at the age of 55. He died suddenly and was still working until just before he died.
