Fast-growing Financial Planning firm Perspective Financial Group has completed five further acquisitions, boosting assets under advice to £310m.
The deals, for undisclosed sums, have added 825 households as clients and one new office in Crewe, Cheshire, the firm said.
The deals have brought the group’s total number of acquisitions since being formed in 2008 to 121, including 29 acquisitions it made in 2024 and 14 so far this year.
The five new firms acquired are: Lifestyle Financial Services, Sirius Money Management, Sapient Wealth Management, Bayham Wealth LLP, and Mat White Financial Services.
Lifestyle Financial Services is based in St Helen’s, Merseyside, and has been around for more than 20 years, according to its website, which says it was an appointed representative of The Openwork Partnership.
Sirius Money Management is based in Newport on the Isle of Wight, according to Companies House records. It was incorporated in 2008.
Sapient Wealth Management is based in Bulkington, Warwickshire, according to the FCA Register. It was registered with the FCA in 2012.
Bayham Wealth LLP is based in Sevenoaks, Kent, according to Companies House. It was incorporated in September 2021.
Mat White Financial Services is based in Crewe, Cheshire. Mr White said: “After 34 years in the profession, there comes a time when I must consider my own future. Over the past few years, my attention has naturally been drawn towards retirement, succession planning and the future continuity of service to my valued and loyal clients.
“With this in mind, I felt that the best solution for my clients was to seek a larger partner who could not only provide access to the next generation of advisers but also help with the gradual increase in the burden and costs of regulation.”
Ian Wilkinson, chief executive of Perspective, said: “We welcome the individuals that are joining Perspective from these five firms. Each business shares our commitment to delivering exceptional Financial Planning services and client care.
“We continue to see a lot of activity from an acquisition standpoint. As always, we are focused on carefully selecting businesses that align with our culture and values, and we look forward to welcoming more acquisitions as the year progresses.”
Perspective completed five acquisitions in December, adding £375m of assets under advice.
Perspective has more than 690 staff, 50 local offices and 180 Financial Planners, a quarter of whom are qualified to Chartered level or above. It has £11bn of AUA.
