Investment research and consultancy firm Square Mile has rebranded as Titan Square Mile and launched a new distributor model portfolio service (MPS).

The rebrand follows the company’s acquisition by wealth manager Titan Wealth, announced in June 2023.

The rebrand, which included £2.6bn in assets under management held in Square Mile’s MPS portfolios, gained regulatory approval in February 2024.

The new-launched MPS integrates Square Mile’s research capabilities with Titan Wealth’s operational infrastructure, scale and broader investment management expertise, the firm said.

The Titan Square Mile MPS comprises a range of portfolios designed to meet varied investment outcomes, risk profiles and cost considerations:

• Six passive profiles portfolios
• Five blend portfolios
• Five active portfolios
• Five sustainable portfolios
• One income portfolio

It is distributed directly to financial advisers and is available across investment platforms. The firm said the new MPS range supports compliance and reduces operational overheads, with clear documentation, independent fund selection, and adaptable servicing.

Titan Wealth offers custody, platform, discretionary fund management and Financial Planning. It is targeting £50bn in AUA over the next three to five years and AUM of £40bn.

Titan is backed by Parthenon Capital Partners and Ares Management. Its management team includes James Kaberry, an entrepreneur and founder of Pantheon Financial Management and Andrew Fearon, founder of a UK IFA consolidator.
