Kingswood says it has three further acquisitions in the pipeline.

Based in Newbury, Barry Fleming & Partners advises individuals, companies, trustees and charities.

The company, which has three advisers and six employees, was founded in 1975. It looks after more than 415 clients with more than £140m in AUA.

In the year ending 28 February 2022, Barry Fleming & Partners generated revenue of £1.4m and profit before tax of £190,000.

The business will be acquired for £6.2m in cash, payable over a two-year period, £3.1m paid on completion and the balance paid on a deferred basis subject to the achievement of pre-agreed performance targets.

The transactions boosts Kingswood's global funds under advice/management to £11.3bn and the UK and Ireland total to over £9bn.
