Mr Kinder is founder and President of the Kinder Institute of Life Planning and regular organises seminars in the UK to promote his “life planning” style of Financial Planning.
The Kinder Institute offers a series of Financial Life Planning programmes. Additionally, it confers the Registered Life Planner designation to graduates who successfully complete its curriculum and many UK planners have taken the courses. 
Mr Kinder’s move to the UK is a response to the increased demand for financial Life Planning information and training in the UK and Europe.

“In my view, the Financial Life Planning approach is key to a renaissance of trust in the profession, and UK advisers seem to agree. They are showing considerable interest in financial Life Planning methods which fit so well with the new RDR regime. London is emerging as a leader of the Life Planning movement, and I’m very excited to be able to spend more concentrated time helping to make that happen.»
Clinton Askew, director at Citywide Financial Partners, attended Kinder’s advanced workshop in May.

Mr Kinder was a tax and financial adviser for over 30 years, eventually developing his signature EVOKE structured interview process that is used to broaden and deepen the discovery and goal-setting process with financial advisory clients.  
Mr Kinder and family will be living in Hampstead. The Kinder Institute of Life Planning is a training organisation offering workshops and intensive residential trainingsfor financial professionals around the world.
