Ms Janes is a former senior marketing manager at Lloyds Bank and also worked as a Financial Planner at Chambers Morgan James. She also worked for Scottish Widows for a spell and at AXA where she was involved in Financial Planning Technology and other areas.

She says she has ditched large corporate life to focus on helping small-to-mid sized financial services firms, helping them to build brands and make financial advice “more engaging and accessible.”

She said: “The topic of managing your money and wealth can seem scary, confusing, and boring to many and this isn’t helped by pushy marketing campaigns with complex jargon.”
“We aim to make financial firms feel more approachable to the public, and make sure they are providing the kind of content that consumers are looking for in the moments that matter most. Our approach is to partner our clients well into the long term.”

She believes that consumers continue to be wary of financial services and this opens up potential for ambitious firms to get noticed if they can ‘humanise’ their service.
“As consumers move through the uncertain aftermath of Brexit and Trump, planning firms continue to need to demonstrate their trustworthiness,” she said.

The company supports financial services businesses in strategy, marketing, and branding on a project or retained basis. The company is particularly focused on marketing to engage high net-worth individuals.
It also offers training courses for those who want to learn more but want to manage their marketing in-house.
