Mr Redman has lectured on corporate finance and investment process at Cass Business School and to the Personal Finance Society. He has a degree in mining engineering, an executive MBA and is a member of the CISI. Married with two children, he enjoys sailing, cycling and rugby. He is also a school governor and minister at his local church.
