The 40,000-member Personal Finance Society is to throw its weight behind rival CISI’s Financial Planning Week campaign for the first time.

Sheffield-based Belmayne Chartered Financial Planners is to launch virtual ‘consultations’ for consumers to raise awareness of Financial Planning Week which takes place from 5-11 October.

Financial Planning Week is to run online and on social media 5-11 October to help promote consumer awareness and understanding of how Financial Planning can help consumers.

The CISI is urging UK Financial Planners to get involved in this year’s Financial Planning Week to help consumers cope with the “huge shock” of Covid-19.
