Financial technology firm Iress has acquired O&M Systems, paving the way for O&M MD Graham Miller to retire.

Iress has revealed it will release the first of several planned updates to thousands of users this week aimed at making its fintech proposition, Xplan, “simpler to use and for users to have greater access to its rich functionality”.

Financial technology firm IRESS has launched its new XPLAN Prime fintech solution in the UK.

IRESS has said that XPLAN clients will be able to easily allow third party software providers to directly access and integrate with XPLAN.
