Leicester-based WBR Group, a provider of SSASs and tax advice, has acquired Wimbledon-based Bespoke Corporate Pensions Limited (BCPL) for an undisclosed sum.

The sale of failed firm Rowanmoor Personal Pensions Limited (RPPL) to SIPP and SSAS provider Alltrust completed on Friday 3 March 2023 following exchange of contracts in December 2022. 

SSAS firm WestBridge is rebranding as The WBR Group after completing its acquisition of failed pension firm Rowanmoor’s SSAS business.
