Lync Wealth Management, part of 7IM, has acquired two Belfast-based Financial Planning firms to expand its presence in the region.
Carleton Financial Planning and RJ Savage Asset Management will become part of Lync, adding £300m in Assets Under Advice (AuA).
Added to Lync's existing Northern Ireland business, North Financial Management, the deals bring regional AuA to more than £350m.
Each firm will continue to serve clients from their Belfast offices.
The price paid for the acquisitions has not been disclosed.
Lync says the transactions form part of its strategy to build a leading wealth management business across the UK, with Northern Ireland identified as a key growth market. Lync has 22 offices with 120 advisers serving clients with approx. £4bn AuA.
Lync is owned by an affiliate of the investment platform and wealth management firm 7IM Group.
