Expanding Chartered Financial Planner firm Fairstone has acquired nearby North East wealth manager Chilli Financial.

Fairstone, one of the UK’s largest Chartered Financial Planning firms, has boosted its footprint in the North West with the acquisition of Octagon Wealth Management.

Lofthouse Gate and Mortgage Find have become latest acquisitions for Financial Planning firm Fairstone.

Chartered Financial Planning firm Fairstone has seen its client base rise to 59,000 – a 5% increase over the past six months – with three firms joining its Downstream Buy Out (DBO) programme and a further four being fully acquired by the business.
