Financial Planner and accountancy firm Old Mill has acquired Ilminster-based financial outsourcing firm Brook Financial as part of a long term drive to expand in the South West.

AFH, the expanding financial advisory firm founded by a Chartered Financial Planner, has made its 12th acquisition of 2018 in a move that will boost its total number of advisers to more than 200.

Standard Life’s Financial Planning business 1825 has agreed to acquire Bristol-based Financial Planning firm Fraser Heath Financial Management and will utilise the firm as 1825’s South West regional office.
