Wealth manager and Financial Planner Kingswood Holdings has reported a hit to new business from the Coronavirus pandemic but says it is beginning to recover.

Wealth manager and Financial Planner Kingswood is to acquire Surrey-based Chartered Financial Planner firm Regency Investment Services for £3.45m.

Kingswood has acquired regional Financial Planner Sterling Trust, doubling its wealth advisory and Financial Planning business, with three more UK acquisitions in the pipeline.

UK wealth manager and Financial Planner Kingswood has completed the acquisition of US wealth manager Chalice and has signed terms to acquire a majority stake in a second US adviser, Manhattan Harbor Capital.
