Wealth management trade body PIMFA is to hold weekly meetings with the FCA on how the Coronavirus epidemic is affecting members.

Wealth manager trade association PIMFA has questioned whether the Financial Conduct Authority remains ‘fit for purpose’ and is capable of dealing with all the problems facing the financial sector without major reform.

Wealth manager trade body PIMFA has branded the FSCS’s budgeted levy for 2020/21 of £635m as “totally unsustainable” and says the levy must be reformed.
