Users of wrap platform Nucleus saw average client numbers rise by 21% in the last year, but the increased demand presented capacity problems, a new survey has found.

Edinburgh-based investment platform Nucleus Financial has confirmed plans to float on the stock market this month with a potential valuation of up to £150m. 

Nucleus, the adviser-built wrap platform, announced record profits in its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2017.

The adviser-owned Nucleus platform is set for a £100m stock market float, according to reports from Sky News.
