IFA network Tenet has acquired two of its member financial advisory firms in Mansfield to create a new hub in Nottinghamshire with £25m under management.

DFM and IFA support firm Tatton Asset Management has acquired a subsidiary of Tenet in a £2.7m deal.

Tenet has completed its first practice buyout in Scotland, with the acquisition of Forth Financial Services Limited, based in Haddington, near Edinburgh.

Tenet has expanded its hub in the North West with the buyout of the client assets of Preston-based Colin Galbraith Independent Financial Services.
