The launch of a new FCA and TPR campaign to boost awareness of pensions scams has been welcomed by the profession.

Action Fraud has warned investors about fraudsters who advertise ‘get rich quick’ cryptocurrency and mining investments to scam people.

HMRC has asked for a record 20,750 malicious websites to be taken down in the past 12 months, an increase of 29% on the previous year.
