Jewellery trade insurance specialist T. H. March, which is based in London, has launched a Financial Planning venture.
The Chartered Insurance Broker, which already offers a range of services to jewellers including life insurance, says it has expanded its financial services offering by forming a new company, T. H. March Financial Planning Limited, to offer "bespoke holistic Financial Planning services" along with investment and wealth management advice.
The new venture, part of the T. H. March Group, is headed up by experienced Financial Planner Steven Clemence.
Mr Clemence said: "We identified a need for this service some time ago following approaches from existing clients looking for financial advice from a company they know they can trust."

He added: "Having carefully researched the proposition and mindful of the effect of changes in financial regulation, we have taken our time over getting the new service exactly right, so this hasn't come together overnight, we've been planning it for quite a while!"
Parent company T. H. March & Co. Limited was established in 1887 and is one of the best known insurance brokers to the jewellery trade. In addition, the company is the appointed broker to many UK jewellery and allied trade associations.
T H March managing director, Neil McFarlane said: "This is an exciting move forward for us and it will give added value to the wide range of services we already offer. In addition clients can be confident that it is backed by an ethical company with an outstanding reputation."
T H March is based in London but has offices around the UK including Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester and Sevenoaks.
