A business development director with more than a decade of experience in the asset management sector has been hired by Legg Mason.
The global asset management firm has appointed Harry Reeves.
Mr Reeves will be responsible for building on existing relationships across the South of England region and seeking out new opportunities for the business.
Reporting to Legg Mason’s head of UK sales Adam Gent, he will work closely with the group’s nine subsidiaries including Western Asset, ClearBridge Investments, RARE Infrastructure and Brandywine Global.
Mr Reeves joins Legg Mason from Neptune Investment Management where he had been a discretionary sales manager covering London, the South West, and family offices. He has also held roles at Artemis Investment Management and Ruffer LLP.
