Chartered Financial Planner Lumin Wealth has acquired the Big Picture Wealth Management, a financial adviser based in Ongar, Essex.

Evelyn Partners has signed a deal for the staff and clients of Glasgow-based wealth manager and Financial Planner PPM Wealth to join Evelyn.

Wealth manager M&A in 2022 soared to £137bn in terms of assets under management acquired - a near 60% rise on 2021 (£87bn).
