PFS Annual Conference 2025
More than 2,000 people have signed up for this year’s annual Personal Finance Society Annual Conference which takes place this week on Thurs (13 November) at the Excel Centre in London’s Docklands.
The number is nearly double the 1,200 attendance at last year’s PFS Conference in Manchester and includes 1,700 PFS members who are able to attend the event for free (£200 for non members).
The event, the biggest annual gathering of Financial Planners in the calendar, will feature an array of expert speakers and guest appearances by the England Lionesses Lucy Bronze and Beth Mead.
Top speakers will include customer service expert Geoff Ramm who will deliver a keynote speech and Kate Tuckley, head of the consumer investments supervision department at the FCA along with several industry leaders including Paradigm Norton CEO Philippa Hann.
Other speakers will include Kate Hale of Exhale Financial Planning, Nick Bird of Triple Point, Brett Davidson of FP Advance, Lee Robertson of Titan Square Mile, PFS President Carla Brown of Oakmere Wealth Management and Alan Gow of Argonaut Financial Planning. There will be more than 25 sessions across five theatres.
This year’s theme is ‘Mind the Gap’ and conference sessions will focus on bridging key industry gaps such as the advice gap, innovation gap, generations gap and talent gap.
The event will look in particular at the impact of the advice guidance boundary review set to shake up the advice sector.
