Employee-owned Financial Planning firm Paradigm Norton has been awarded with a King’s Award for Enterprise.
The award recognises 185 businesses which have excelled in international trade, innovation, sustainable development or promoting opportunity.
The Financial Planning firm was given the award for outstanding achievement in sustainability, recognising the successful way in which the firm has built sustainability into its vision and strategy.
Philippa Hann, CEO of Paradigm Norton, said the King’s Award highlights how committed the firm is to sustainable development.
She said: “This award reflects the progress we have made in embedding sustainability across every part of the firm – from how we operate as a business to the advice and investment solutions we provide to clients. It is recognition that long-term commercial success and positive impact can go hand in hand.”
“Most importantly, it is a tribute to our people and our clients, who have supported this journey. The King’s Award gives us even greater momentum as we continue to raise standards in financial planning and help create a better future for the communities we serve. We believe strongly that this matters particularly in today’s world.”
Paradigm Norton was founded in 2001 and has offices in Bristol, London and Exeter. Its 90-strong team works with over 1,300 families and advises on £1.5bn of assets.
It is also a Certified B Corporation.
The King’s Awards for Enterprise, previously known as The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise, were renamed in 2023 to reflect His Majesty The King’s commitment to continuing the legacy of HM Queen Elizabeth II in celebrating exceptional UK businesses.
Now in its 60th year, successful organisations may use the esteemed King’s Awards Emblem for the next five years.
