Perspective Financial Group has completed its largest acquisition to date with a deal to buy Midlands-based £400m AUM Prosser Knowles Associates Ltd.
Prosser Knowles has been rebranded Perspective (Prosser Knowles) with immediate effect.
The takeover, for an undisclosed sum, adds about £400m of assets under advice to fast growing Perspective as well as 27 staff and offices in Gloucester and Droitwich.
Some Prosser Knowles staff will take up group roles at Perspective post-integration.
Earlier this week Perspective announced deals to acquire BLM Partnership Limited, Chiltern Consultancy Limited and Lloyd O'Sullivan Financial Services Limited.
Perspective Financial Group Limited has completed at least 17 acquisitions in 2025 and the group now has 57 offices across the UK.
