PFS names Chartered Financial Planner of the Year
The Personal Finance Awards have taken place in London this week with top awards announced plus a number of special awards made.
Among the special awards was a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award for AJ Bell’s head of platform technical Mike Morrison, who died suddenly earlier this month at the age of 55 (see separate story).
Awards for Chartered Financial Planner of the Year went to Philip Rose of Group IFA, Capital Asset Management won Chartered Financial Planning Firm of the Year and Graham Hopper of VWM won Paraplanner of the Year.
Financial Planner and tech pioneer Pete Matthew of Jacksons Wealth Management won a Special Award for Outstanding Consumer Engagement.
The awards ceremony took place at the Roundhouse in Camden, London.
